This video is second in a series on core stabilization. I discuss why the internal stabilizer muscles, defined in the first video, are critical in back pain prevention. 80% of adults will experience back pain, in part due to the amount of sitting we do in a day. I will discuss two additional movements today. First is the Drawing-In Maneuver, like trying to squeeze into jeans that were in the dryer! The second movement are Kegel exercises, also activating the pelvic floor.
